Abstract: »The crime of rape in Spain in the 19thand 20thcenturies is analyzed. To do this, on the one hand, it isobserved the evolution of the type of crime in the nineteenth-century Penal Codification and the way in which it is maintained in the following century, until 1995. On the other hand, it is proceeded to study a set of sentences that reach in cassation to the Supreme Court. So the doctrinal contributions of the High Court are observed.« (Source: GLOSSAE)
